I’m Becca, a coach for virtual assistants, online business managers, and other online service providers.
I’m wildly passionate about helping badass women ditch their 9-5s in exchange for the freedom lifestyle--one that lets you build the business of your dreams!
A few years ago, I said, “See ya!” to the corporate world and started my own biz as a virtual assistant. I never looked back, and I’m so thankful that I didn’t.
Because now I get to live my life on my terms (read: going to Disneyland on a Tuesday just because) while making a lasting, positive impact on service providers just like you.

I recommend bringing any travel essentials, plus outfits for all of our scheduled activities. This includes something cute for educational sessions, something stylish for dinner time, a swimsuit if you plan to hit up the pool, and of course cozy PJs for our workshops under the stars! But don’t worry, we’ll be sending out an email a few weeks prior to the retreat to let you know exactly what to pack.

Our 4-day retreat has a fully packed schedule. I recommend coming into Scottsdale early or making arrangements to stay later if you plan on exploring outside of the retreat agenda and timeline. Please note, you’ll be responsible for your own lodging should you plan to come outside of what the retreat timeline covers.

I highly recommend flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, located 10 miles west of downtown Scottsdale.

In order for you to get the most out of your retreat experience, no additional guests (2- or 4-legged!) will be permitted to join you. I want you to be able to fully connect with the other attendees and soak in all the education and relaxation without distractions. Think of this as a mini vacay for you and your business!

Yes! We will have vegetarian and vegan options, and can accommodate other dietary restrictions as long as you let us know about them at registration!

Retreat check-in starts Sunday, October 2nd, 2022 at 4:00pm MST, and the retreat kicks off at 5:00pm. The retreat will conclude on Wednesday, October 5th, 2022 around 11:45am. Traffic is often unpredictable, so make sure you map the distance and time from your airport to the hotel, and leave plenty of time for travel before check-in on October 2nd and after our retreat ends on October 5th.

I want all attendees to get the full, all-inclusive retreat experience, and that includes staying on-site at The Saguaro Hotel with the group! I value the friendships that are going to be made at the retreat, and would hate for someone to miss out by staying elsewhere. Therefore, all attendees are required to stay on-site in order to participate in all activities.

All ticket purchases and payments are non-refundable. However, in case of an emergency, you are permitted to transfer your ticket to someone else within 48 hours of the retreat starting
