WHERE SHOULD I FLY INTO?

We highly recommend flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). It's about a 10 miles from Hotel Adeline. The next major airports include:

  • Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA) - 30 Miles Away

  • Prescott Municipal Airport (PRC) - 107 Miles Away

WHAT TIME SHOULD I FLY IN AND OUT?

Check-In for the Retreat starts Sunday, Oct 2nd, 2022 at 3:00pm at Hotel Adeline. It wraps up Wednesday, Oct 5th, 2022 around 11:00am at The Saguaro Hotel

We recommend flying in with plenty of time to make it to Hotel Adeline no later than 4:00pm on Sunday, Oct 2nd, 2022 (keep in mind your own hotel & travel arrangements) For event checkout we recommend flying out at 3pm - 4pm the earliest on Wednesday, Oct 5th. 

Be sure you plan your travel arrangements accordingly. Travel can be unpredictable, the last thing you want to do is miss out on the first day and be rushed to catch a flight on the last day.
